At Involve we know how demanding it can be running a voluntary organisation. Because of this we are pleased to be able to help out with advice and information to make life a little easier.
You are welcome to phone us to find out how we can help you to deal with the problems that can arise. We can help with information about a range of issues. For example, drawing up a constitution, Data Protection and confidentiality, budgeting and fund raising, chairing meetings, minute taking, working with volunteers, recruiting staff or volunteers, planning the future, monitoring and evaluation, how the law effects voluntary organisations - the list could go on.
Arrange to meet us for a chat or to have a look at our extensive library of books, relevant to running a voluntary organisation.
If you want to share a new idea with someone, talk through a problem that is vexing you, or need 'moral support', we are a good sounding board.
Funding
We can help you to develop your project or ideas to improve their effectiveness and to present the concepts in a way which will be of interest to potential funders. We can identify the sources of funding most likely to be fruitful for your organisation, and help with general advice about making funding applications.
***New Online Funding Support***
Click on the link above and fill in the application form with details of the project that you need funding for. We will access funding databases to identify potential funders and you will receive an email detailing these funders, their current priorities, their contact details and, where available, their application forms. Further support requests should be made to Mark Bailey
Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring and evaluation of your organizations work is often a requirement requested by funders, it is also a useful way of monitoring your effectiveness, we can assist with methods of monitoring and evaluation and can also refer you to organisations that can provide in-depth assistance in developing these systems.
Policies and Procedures
Funders may also require that an organisaiton has certain policies and procedures in place. Again these requirements are often of benefit in their own right. We can advise you on what policies and procedures should be considered as a minimum and can assist in the development of them.
