Equipment and publications are expensive and we can lend your voluntary organisation the following office services and equipment at subsidised rates to save you the expense:
Where we can, we provide support free of charge. However in order to continue to offer services, where we need to purchase consumables we do make a small charge. Computer support can be made available. Please call in advance to arrange a convenient time. £2 per hour £6 per hour with support ScannerWe can also help you scan pictures onto the computer for presentations, leaflets, etc. for a small charge Display BoardsVelcro stickers must only be used on the display boards and are available at 12p each (these can be divided into 4 pieces). Please note: these are fairly heavy - you will need a car! £3 per day plus £15 returnable deposit PhotocopyingPlease telephone beforehand if you have a large amount of photocopying to do! A4 single-sided: 4p per sheet The price reduces by 1p if the quantity is over 100 or own paper is used. The price increases by 1p for both stapling and coloured paper.
